Nah, take a close look at the Veloster, the crash box is still intact (bent a little, but still there). Most of the damage is just plastic parts.

The front bumper literally came off in one piece. It looks like the lower bumper of the truck is responsible for the crumpled bonnet, but otherwise I think the tyre did all that damage to the headlight and bumper.
